Three Things is a free mobile gratitude journal for recording elements of your day that you’re grateful for, using a simple interface.

Research has shown that gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people acknowledge the goodness in their lives, deal with adversity, improve their health and feel more positive emotions. Whether it’s feeling gratitude for events in the past, the present, or the future, gratitude helps people to relish good experiences and build strong relationships with those around you.

Feeling gratitude on a daily basis doesn’t have to be difficult! Three Things provides a space for you to reflect on your day and identify three key areas of your day for which you’re grateful.
